South Region Applied Mobius Training for New Users 3 Day Training- Lethbridge

This is a 3 day course designed for Community & Social Services employees & external contracted partners who are using the Mobius System in their day-to-day work providing programs and services to Albertans.

Mobius Training includes:

  • Introduction, navigation, tasks, and search & register
  • Avoiding Duplicates
  • Person Homepages, Integrated Case, CCISD Case
  • On-Line Applications and Processing On-Line Applications
  • Assessments and Service Plans
  • PDD Role - view, navigate, create, edit/update a PDD Outcome Plan, PDD Outcome Plan Assessment and all related features. This lesson is only for participants that will be using CCISD Workspace and PDD Outcome Plans.
  • Applying Evidence
  • View and navigate Common Outcome Plans and find important information within it.
  • Other optional role specific training available when required

The course typically takes 3 days, however depending on the class size and the needs of the participants registered, the training duration may be shortened. In the event the session is cancelled for any reason (ex: low enrollment) registered participants will be contacted to discuss alternate solutions.
